This copy's collation (2 p.l., 220pp; OCLC 6141782) is distinct from the 223pp. printing recorded under Flake/Draper 4496, though both share the same (apparent) publication year, content, and publisher. This copy bound in plain green cloth, lettered in gilt, distinct from the more ornately decorated cloth binding recorded for most copies of this title — possibly a separate binding issue.
